「흐름[流]」 (Flow)
**〈흐름〉**은 서울시 공공미술 프로젝트 **'서울은 미술관'**의 일환으로 녹사평역에 설치된 장소특정적 비디오 설치 작품이다. 지하 4층에서 지상으로 이어지는 이동 동선 속에서 작품은 사람과 자연으로부터 채집한 작고 아름다운 순간들을 반복적으로 펼쳐 보이며, 바쁘게 스쳐 지나가는 도시의 일상에 잠시 머물 수 있는 시간을 제안한다.
끊임없이 순환하는 영상은 역을 오가는 시민들의 움직임과 자연스럽게 맞물리며, 도시와 자연, 사람과 시간의 흐름이 하나의 리듬 안에서 교차하는 풍경을 만들어낸다. 작품은 단순한 영상의 재생을 넘어, 일상 속에서 쉽게 지나치는 순간들의 아름다움과 삶의 연속성을 조용히 환기시키는 공공미술로 기능한다.
Flow[流]
Flow is a site-specific video installation commissioned for Seoul, Our Museum, the City of Seoul's public art program, and permanently installed at Noksapyeong Station. Positioned along the vertical circulation from the underground concourse to street level, the work presents a continuous sequence of quietly observed moments gathered from everyday life and the natural world, inviting commuters to pause amid the rhythm of the city.
As the looping imagery unfolds alongside the movement of passengers, the work creates a subtle dialogue between urban transit and the passage of time. Rather than interrupting the flow of daily life, Flow becomes part of it, gently revealing the beauty of fleeting moments and encouraging viewers to rediscover the quiet continuity that exists within ordinary experience.
